Returns & Exchange Policy

At RagSneakerz, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes seankers might not be the perfect fit. Here's how we can help with returns and exchanges:

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return if you're not completely happy.

Eligible Returns:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item needs to be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, contact us at admin@ragsneakerz.com. Our customer service team will walk you through the process and provide a return shipping label.

Important Note:

Don't return items without contacting us first and receiving a return label. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items:

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions to Returns:

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. This includes perishable goods, custom seankers, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted for return. If you have questions about a specific item's eligibility, please contact us.

Exchanges:

Want to exchange for a different size, color, or style? We recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the desired one. This ensures faster processing and delivery of your new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union):

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without a reason. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times with your bank or credit card company may vary.
